Refund policy
Return requests must be submitted through the customer account portal or by contacting our support team with the order number.
Eligible items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Opened supplements, used products, broken-seal items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Final sale items are clearly marked before purchase and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by applicable law.
For Vietnam orders, returns are subject to product safety, customs, and supplement handling requirements. Opened or broken-seal supplement products are not eligible for return.
